What makes Lake Nokomis Cranberries different from the others?
Our cranberries are grown with lots of love and are natural! They are always fresh and are priced reasonably.
If I eat cranberries all the time, will I turn into one?
We've heard that but haven't seen it happen yet - but you're welcome to put it to the test!!
Can cranberries be frozen?
Yes. They can be frozen up to 2 years and used in baking or juice & relish recipes. Rinse berries, remove debris, pat dry & seal in zip-lock bags or container of your choice. To prevent clumping remove as much water as possible. OR, they could be frozen in tap water & thawed when ready to use after discarding the water.
Can cranberries be eaten raw?
Yes. They are tart & berry delicious. Especially when dipped in chocolate. YUM!
What are the white cranberries?
The sun turns the cranberries red.White berries need to sunbathe more. They taste the same & turn red when cooked.
