Shipping & Returns

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you want to return a product, you can call 715-479-6546, or contact us through our Contact us Form, subject: 'returns and refunds' or e-mail to get further instructions. Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase.
If a perishable item does not meet our customer's satisfaction we can replace it with a like item, offer a credit towards future purchases, or refund the item purchase price, excluding shipping charges.
If a nonperishable item not meet the customer's satisfaction we can accept returns for exchange, credit towards another purchase or refund via original method of payment, excluding shipping charges.
To return a product that arrived defective, or if the wrong product was shipped, reimbursement for the return-shipping costs will be offered.

Refunds: We will process refunds within 15 business days of receiving your returned product. The product must be returned in satisfactory condition, which means it is not damaged, broken, worn or altered in any way. Upon the satisfactory return of the product, we will process a refund for the product minus shipping charges. Please include the packing slip that came with your order when you return the product.
